Two pillars: Internal Audit (Quality with External Quality Assessment and Quality Improvement, plus Support) and Risk Management (Quality, Support and six risk categories including Risk Insight, Governance & Control Design and the Risk Health Check).

What is the difference between Internal Audit and Risk Management here?

Internal Audit is the third line of defence (independent assurance). Risk Management is the second (control). We serve both from the same methodological clarity, without compromising the independence of Internal Audit.

Can I hire a single specialist or only full engagements?

Both. From ten days per assignment via Support (senior on assignment), or a defined engagement such as an External Quality Assessment or Risk Health Check.
