The chosen approach for managing identified risks, encompassing four basic strategies: avoidance (eliminating the risk source), mitigation (reducing probability or impact), transfer (shifting risk to third parties), or acceptance (deliberately accepting the risk). The choice depends on risk priority and organizational objectives.
