AML/CFT Legislation (Wwft)
The Wwft is Dutch legislation on the prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism. The law requires institutions to establish independent compliance and audit functions, conduct risk-based customer due diligence and report suspicious transactions. Organisations with more than 50 employees must have an audit function in place.
