NIS2 Directive
The NIS2 Directive is the revised EU cybersecurity directive in force since October 2024 and being implemented in the Netherlands by mid-2026 via the Cybersecurity Act. It requires organisations in 18 critical sectors (including finance, energy, healthcare and digital services) to implement appropriate cybersecurity measures, manage risks and report significant cyber incidents.
