GDPR
The GDPR is the EU data protection regulation in force since May 2018. Organizations must be able to demonstrate compliance in their processing of personal data, conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments and report breaches. Non-compliance results in fines up to EUR 20 million or 4% of turnover. Audit and compliance are essential for GDPR conformity.
